Can I travel to all parts of Australia?
You can drive the vehicle anywhere in Australia EXCEPT Nothern Territory and Western Australia.
Can I pick it up outside business hours?
Yes, one of the strengths we have is optimizing online transactions and self-pick up services.
As long as car booking is made during business hours, we can have the vehicle prepared for you to pick up out of business hours.
Are there any additional fees?
No, you have the option to choose higher level of protection plan, but those are optional and it is up to you.
The fees that are listed on the website is as accurate as it can be.
Is there a minimum rental period?
No, you can hire for a day or a decade, we offer full flexibility when it comes to car hire, coupled with reliable vehicles plus great customer services.

Are there any age or other restrictions on who can rent a car?
Yes, you must be 21 years old or older to hire a car, you must also hold a valid licence, feel free to contact us.
Valid licence means
1. Full Australian licence
2. Australian licence with GREEN P
3. If you are from other countries and hold international licence, you must also have a IDP(International driving permit) or a NAATI approved translation paper.
Are there any discounts or promotions currently available?
No promotions towards general public.
However, we offer generous discounts to our long-term or frequent loyal customers, hope to see you soon on our Newsletter list!
Are insurance and roadside assistance included in the rental cost?
Insurance are invluded to cover our vehicles. Roadside assistance is included, you have the options to purchase premium plan during reservation to reduce excess fees and roadside assistance fees for man-made mistakes.
What are the return policies?
When you pick up the vehicle from us, it will be a vehicle with full fuel and clean interior (in some regions, exteior might be slightly dusty due to nature of the places)
Please return the vehicle at the same conditions.
How many kilometer can i travel without being charged an extra fee
100km per day allowed. Excessive mileage charged at $0.33 per km.
But we also offer additional KM options for you to choose so you can travel for long distance with no worries.
i need a lift to the pick-up location
We offer free Uber ride to clients sending them over to our pick-up location. The ride however shall be less than 10KM.
If the uber ride is above 10km, we will charge for the excessive part of the Uber ride.
Is the bond refundable?
Our standard bond is $350.00, this is refundable after vehicle is returned.
It usually takes 2 business days for bond to be refunded.
