  • Please check your confirmation email for the exact pickup location and bay number. If you still can't find your vehicle, contact our support team immediately and we'll guide you to it.
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as mobile payment options including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Our pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. You pay the quoted daily rate plus applicable taxes. Additional charges may apply for extras like GPS, child seats, or insurance upgrades.
  • We offer economy, standard, SUV, and luxury vehicle categories. The exact model may vary, but it will always be within the category you booked and meet our quality standards.
  • Each rental includes a daily mileage allowance. Any mileage beyond the limit is charged at a per-kilometer rate as stated in your rental agreement at the time of booking.
  • Yes, after-hours pickup and return is available at select locations. Please arrange this in advance with our team. Additional fees may apply for after-hours service.
  • Our rates are set to offer the best value upfront. However, we do run seasonal promotions and loyalty discounts. Contact us directly for long-term rental enquiries.

Exceptional service — highly recommended! I had a last minute emergency when my car broke down before an overseas flight. I reported my issue and the rental car was found at Primex Rental Camberwell — and I'm so glad I did.
